Supporting Children's Behaviour in the Classroom

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to support children's behaviour in the classroom. As a Psychology Graduate, you will work closely with teachers to develop strategies to promote positive behaviour and support children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
  • Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
  • Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
  • Keeping track and recording pupil progress.

Requirements:

  • Psychology Graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work with children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive daily rate of £80-90 and a full-time contract from 8:30am-4pm. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive team that is committed to your professional development.
