Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Windsor. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Job DescriptionIn this rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Supporting residents with mobility issues and physical disabilities, including the use of aids and equipment.
- Promoting a safe and respectful environment, adhering to our workplace values of respect, openness, and responsibility.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An understanding of the needs of residents and the importance of confidentiality.
- A qualification in care, such as a QCF diploma in care level 2 or equivalent (desirable).
- Experience of providing care and working with elderly individuals (desirable).
