About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Windsor. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Job Description

In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
  • Supporting residents with mobility issues and physical disabilities, including the use of aids and equipment.
  • Promoting a safe and respectful environment, adhering to our workplace values of respect, openness, and responsibility.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An understanding of the needs of residents and the importance of confidentiality.
  • A qualification in care, such as a QCF diploma in care level 2 or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience of providing care and working with elderly individuals (desirable).
