SEN Support Worker

About the Role:

Academics Ltd is looking for a highly motivated SEN Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.

Salary:

The daily rate for this position is £80-£90 per day, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.

Main Responsibilities:

The SEN Support Worker will be responsible for:

  1. Providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEN
  2. Developing and implementing individualised support plans
  3. Collaborating with teaching staff to monitor and report on student progress
  4. Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
