Child Behaviour Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Child Behaviour Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to develop strategies that promote positive behaviour and improve academic outcomes for students.

Salary:

This role attracts a competitive daily rate of £80-£90 per day, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting the social and emotional development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

The Child Behaviour Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Collaborating with teaching staff to identify and address challenging behaviours
  2. Developing and implementing behaviour management plans
  3. Providing individual and group support to students
  4. Monitoring and reporting on student progress

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, applicants must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, and SEN
  • A strong understanding of child development and behaviour theories
