Job Description:

  • Support children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
  • Help children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
  • Work with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or work with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
  • Keep track and record pupil progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Have a good understanding of child development and behaviour.
