About the Job

Lantum is seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Controller to join our Finance team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact while advancing your career in Finance.

The successful candidate will have a foundational understanding of finance processes, with specific experience in credit control within high-volume environments. You will be confident in engaging with clients over the phone to resolve overdue invoices effectively and professionally, and will stay organised and focused in a fast-paced setting.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to respond to client inquiries professionally and handle all requests for account statements, invoice copies, and resolving disputes promptly to ensure consistent collections.

As a Credit Controller at Lantum, you will be responsible for preparing, issuing, and managing customer invoices and credit notes, processing any invoice changes accurately within the system, and generating weekly and ad-hoc management reports that provide a clear overview of aged receivables and collection trends.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including home office setup, health cash plan, pension, holiday, wellbeing support, and learning and development budget.
