We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Professional to join our dedicated team in K2 Recruitment, based in a village outside Bicester. This role offers a competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum.

Job Summary: As a Credit Control Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the busy office in general administration and managing credit control. You will answer telephone calls, direct them to the required person/department, chase payments, reconcile problem accounts, and be computer literate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and directing them to the required person/department
  • Chasing payments using telephone, email, and mail
  • Greeting office visitors
  • Reconciling problem accounts
  • Being computer literate and having good numeracy skills
