Credit Controllers are essential to maintaining the financial health of businesses. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, ensuring timely collection of past due balances, and identifying barriers to payment.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong Excel and reporting skills, and exceptional communication skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, sales, and other office teams.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving overdue recovery targets through proactive and methodical approaches
  2. Contacting business customers regarding their accounts by phone, email, or mail
  3. Ensuring the collection of past due accounts and proactively managing customer accounts
  4. Developing and maintaining successful partnerships with customers and internal teams
  5. Maintaining up-to-date CRM information and utilizing ERP systems for data management

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
