Credit Control and Debt Recovery Position:

We are looking for an experienced Credit Control and Debt Recovery professional to join our team at Armstrong Knight in London. As a key member of our credit control team, you will be responsible for collecting debt from commercial and residential clients, liaising with the legal team as necessary, and managing all aspects of debt recovery administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue debtors to minimize debtor days.
  2. Liaise with the legal team to resolve any disputes that may arise.
  3. Collect rent, service charge, and insurance invoice payments from clients.
  4. Oversee all debt recovery administration tasks, including reconciliations and credit balance refunds.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in credit control and debt recovery within the Property/Real Estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package:

An estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience.
