Baker McKenzie is seeking a seasoned Talent Management Business Partner to join our EMEA team. As a key member of the Talent Management team, you will support the practice groups in developing and implementing talent management strategies aligned with the firm's overall vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR/Talent Management, preferably in a professional services firm environment. Strong coaching, counselling, business acumen, and overall communication skills are essential.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, EMEA
  • Supporting practice groups in developing and implementing talent management strategies aligned with the firm's overall vision and values
  • Collaborating with office-based Talent Management and Recruitment business partners to deliver recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, and organizational development initiatives

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
