Role Overview
As a key member of the Baker McKenzie team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our global practice groups. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Management, EMEA, you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and drive business results.

Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with practice group leaders and business managers to identify and develop talent pipelines
- Develop and implement engagement plans to enhance employee experience and retention
- Provide expert advice on recruitment, mobility, and performance management processes
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies

About You
You will be an experienced professional with a strong background in HR or talent management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
