About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR consultant to join our EMEA talent management team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our global practice groups. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and drive business results.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with practice group leaders and business managers to develop talent pipelines
- Develop and implement engagement plans to enhance employee experience and retention
- Provide expert advice on recruitment, mobility, and performance management processes
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies
About You
You will be an experienced professional with a strong background in HR or talent management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
