Talent and Learning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent and Learning Manager to join our team at Lloyd's Register. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our culture of continuous learning and driving employee capability in line with our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of learning initiatives that enable employee career development and drive organizational growth.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
- Manage a talented team of learning professionals and provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to deliver key projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all learning initiatives are delivered on time, to budget, and in line with branding and quality standards.
- Proven experience of leading significant elements of the learning agenda for a medium-sized organization.
- Experience of working in a global organization with global stakeholders.
- Knowledge of learning design and the ability to apply this knowledge to develop innovative learning solutions.
- Line management experience and the ability to lead and develop a team of learning professionals.
- Experience of operating in a COE model and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
