Talent and Learning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent and Learning Manager to join our team at Lloyd's Register. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our culture of continuous learning and driving employee capability in line with our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of learning initiatives that enable employee career development and drive organizational growth.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
- Manage a team of learning professionals and provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure the success of our learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies, and manage risks associated with learning initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading learning and development initiatives in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of learning design principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with external partners and suppliers.
