About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent and Learning Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in establishing a culture of learning that drives employee performance and aligns with our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning initiatives that enable employee career development and growth.
- Leverage our learning technology and resources to create opportunities for learning that meet organizational needs.
- Lead the organization's approach to apprenticeships and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Own and maintain learning design best practice guidelines and ensure their effective implementation.
- Lead the learning design team as a line manager, providing leadership, coaching, and support to direct reports.
- Support the development of our learning technology roadmap and ensure its effective implementation.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to deliver key projects and ensure their successful outcomes.
- Ensure employee safety and well-being by reviewing and implementing health and safety risk assessments and controls.
Requirements
- Proven experience of leading significant elements of the learning agenda for a medium-sized organization.
- Experience of working in a global organization with global stakeholders and operating in a COE model.
- Knowledge of learning design and line management experience.
