Learning Specialist Job Opportunity

Prospero Teaching is partnering with local councils and SEND teams throughout the UK to provide educational support to individuals who are currently out of mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition to students in need of additional support.
  • Assess student needs and develop tailored learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months tutoring experience.
  • Experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.
  • UK classroom teaching experience.
  • QTS or equivalent qualification.

Benefits: Ongoing contract, competitive hourly rate (£25-£30 dependent on experience), opportunity to work with a supportive team.
