Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering bespoke tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) that cannot access mainstream education.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with SEND. Our team works closely with pupils who have been disengaged from their learning, providing individualized support to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality, tailored tuition packages to young people with SEND
- To work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure seamless support
- To assess pupil needs and develop effective learning plans
About You:
- You should be an inspirational educator with experience working with pupils with SEND
- You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You should be flexible, patient, and able to adapt to changing circumstances
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our experienced team.
