NHS Contract Management Position Available

Venn Group seeks an accomplished NHS Contracts Professional to assist in the transition to Atamis while continuing routine Contract Management tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee the administration and data cleansing during the transition to Atamis, including moving systems and onboarding suppliers.
  • It will be your responsibility to manage NHS contracts accurately and in accordance with established regulations.
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve a seamless integration and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for procurement activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Essential Skills:
  • A confident and independent worker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Substantial knowledge of NHS procurement procedures and contract management principles.
  • Experienced user of procurement software like Atamis, Health Family, or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
  • Prioritization and multi-tasking skills, allowing efficient work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively.

Daily Compensation:

£263.15 Umbrella / day

Standard Working Hours: 5 days a week, 9 am - 5 pm, with 1-2 days per week spent at our office
