NHS Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced NHS Contract Manager to manage and monitor our Soft FM and retail contracts.

This role involves strategic planning, contract negotiation, compliance monitoring, and team leadership, fostering a high-performance culture to ensure that our contracts are managed efficiently and effectively.

  • Contract Management: Manage and monitor all soft FM and retail contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the soft FM and retail operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring services are delivered within budget and maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery, compliance, and financial performance, ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Soft FM Contract management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and monitoring all soft FM and retail contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Overseeing the financial performance of the soft FM and retail operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to service delivery, compliance, and financial performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within Soft FM, Retail, or a similar environment.
  • Strong financial management skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing budgets effectively.
  • Experience in managing large-scale contracts and service providers, with a focus on quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
