About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at All Health Matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference in the health and wellbeing of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out health surveillance medicals, updating online OH databases, and promoting a positive ambassador for the company. You will also be required to protect sensitive data and maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, plus benefits including 5% employer pension contribution, death in service benefit, and Benenden Health corporate health scheme. You will also be eligible for tax-free bonuses from company profits after passing a probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Carry out health surveillance medicals working to defined standards and under remote supervision of senior clinical team">
  • Update online OH database with accurate records of appointments, medical test results, and relevant notes and information">
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the company, promoting a human approach to occupational health">
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data">
  • Keep equipment and clinics tidy and clean">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • At least 1 year's experience in an OHT or similar role">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team">
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality">
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages and database management">
