About the Role
As a key member of the Reach PLC team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction across multiple product lines and media portfolios. As one of our Area Sales Directors, your responsibilities will include leading, supporting, and developing a team of Key Account Directors and Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement our Field Sales strategy to drive growth and nurture customer relationships.
- Craft a tailored area plan that aligns with our commercial strategy and takes into account the unique nuances of your territory.
- Maintain a focus on revenue forecasting and weekly reporting, while striving to boost client retention and enhance acquisition value.
- Lead with passion and precision, demonstrating exemplary leadership and people management skills.
- Empower your sales team through impactful coaching, clear objective setting, and continuous development.
- Leverage cutting-edge sales systems and support tools to maintain a disciplined sales approach.
- Utilise your analytical prowess to make data-driven decisions that enhance customer interactions and drive success.
