About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Progress Coach.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To deliver high-quality coaching sessions to students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  2. To collaborate with teaching staff and external partners to develop effective support plans that meet individual student needs.
  3. To provide ongoing support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
  4. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably with a Level 3 qualification or above, and relevant experience in education, coaching, or youth work.

A DBS check is a requirement for this role, but if you don't have one, we can facilitate the process.

This is a full-time position of 36 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

What We're Looking For:
  • Level 3 qualification or above
  • Experience in education, coaching, or youth work
  • DBS check (or willingness to undergo)

The estimated salary for this role is £7600 per month (£20 per hour), based on a 38-hour working week and 37 weeks worked per year, taking into account the Greater Manchester location and industry standards.
