We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Progress Mentor
This is temporary cover with amazing rates of pay.
**Responsibilities**:
- Educate and train individuals or groups in specific skills or knowledge areas
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials
- Create engaging and interactive presentations using Adobe Captivate or similar software
- Assess the needs of learners and tailor training programs accordingly
- Provide feedback and support to learners to enhance their learning experience
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in coaching and training
**Skills**:
- Strong educational background with the ability to effectively educate others
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate or similar software to create interactive training materials
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
