About the Role

We are looking for an experienced qualified teacher to join our school as it grows into three classes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEMH students and/or SEN, teaching across subjects but with a subject specialism. They will be passionate about changing young lives, engaging learners, and supporting their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Aptitude for solving problems and making effective decisions.
  • Professional communication with students and staff.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
  • Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
  • Hold QTS/QTLS and have worked in a school environment, preferably in secondary school, with experience of working with SEMG students and/or SEN.

The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
