Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our client's modern facility in Stockport. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key customers and develop strong partnerships to meet their needs.
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure effective communication with all departments to resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer enquiries, orders, and change requests efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer lists, prices, and other relevant information.
  • Actively pursue debtors and resolve any financial issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a B2B setting.
  • Passion for service delivery and a positive approach to complex customers.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to form strong partnerships with customers and provide a consultative and sensitive customer experience.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of between £29,000 - £31,000 per annum.
  • 31 days' holiday (including bank holidays).
