About rag & bone

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced account manager to join our EMEA business team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and developing relationships with major accounts in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly sales reporting and forecasting budgets for accounts
  • Forge relationships with buyers and introduce new doors each season
  • Drive appointments during market week in London and Paris, negotiating and ensuring OTBs are met with each client
  • Business development: identify potential new partners and initiatives to drive the business
  • Awareness of market: ensure all competitive knowledge is communicated and an overall awareness of the market
  • Negotiate and implement commercial operations through pop-ups, trainings, sales incentives, VM support, and marketing initiatives
  • Sell-through analysis experience needed and driving the business on constant reorders or swap opportunities
  • Reporting: pull sales reports each week and create PowerPoint decks speaking to product or market
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the wholesale world
  • Knowledge of clients in the region
  • Sales-oriented and excellent negotiation skills
  • Hands-on, detailed-oriented, and organized
  • Management skills
  • Effectively managed wholesale partners and European key department stores in the past
  • A team player and adaptable to work in a small team
  • Strong written and verbal English, with extra languages a bonus
  • Good knowledge of the fashion industry
  • Computer knowledge: Excel, able to pull reporting easily, and work with order systems
  • Driving license needed
  • Fluent in either Italian or German a plus
