Supporting Pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties

A SEN school in Swindon is seeking an experienced and caring Teaching Assistant to join their complex needs team. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs and a strong understanding of the SEN curriculum.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupils to reach their full potential. They will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each pupil.

- MUST have experience working with young people or young adults with SEN (personal or professional)
- Strong understanding of the SEN curriculum and ability to adapt to individual needs
- Confident classroom management skills and enthusiasm for supporting children with SEN
