Teacher for Children with Moderate to Severe Needs

Wayman Learning Trust is a specialist school that provides tailored support for students with a range of learning disabilities. We are currently seeking an SEN Teacher to join our team in Swindon, working with students who require additional support due to their moderate to severe learning disabilities (MLD/SLD).
Your primary responsibility will be to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of our students. This may involve collaborating with support staff and external professionals to ensure seamless provision.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in SEN strategies, particularly those relevant to MLD/SLD students. Additionally, you must hold a valid DBS check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of our students
- Collaborate with support staff and external professionals to provide comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, informing future learning outcomes
Estimated Salary: £40,000 per annum
