Job Overview: Inclusive Learning Practitioner

We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education to students with diverse needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivered tailored teaching and learning experiences for students with moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
  • Developed and maintained effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Worked collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to provide comprehensive education and care.
  • Used data to inform teaching practices and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly Autism.
  • Knowledge of supporting non-verbal students and developing language communication skills.
  • A resilient and adaptable approach with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

The role comes with a salary grade of MPS – UPS (£30,000 - £50,000 per annum).
