Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans.
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents.
  • Monitor and report any changes in their health or behavior.
  • Help with household tasks and meal preparation.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our support services.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a care-related role is desirable.
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures is advantageous.
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
