Senior Practitioner in Learning Disability

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Adult Learning Disability Team in Swindon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of information, advising colleagues on legal and procedural requirements, and identifying potential risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording all relevant information onto the social care records database.
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues to meet professional standards.
- Undertaking investigations and acting in accordance with safeguarding policies.
- Participating in training and supervision programs.
- FOLLOWING CORPORATE AND DEPARTMENTAL POLICIES.
Requirements for this role include:
- Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
Salary: up to £47,420 per annum.
