SEN Teaching Assistant Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust in Swindon.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves providing personalized support to students with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), working closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant
  • A degree in Education or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A valid DBS check
  • Legal right to work in the UK
