Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our complex needs team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SEN curriculum and experience working with young people or young adults with SEN.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritizes the needs of pupils with complex needs.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers and other staff members in delivering high-quality education to pupils with SEN. This will include developing and implementing strategies to promote pupil engagement and progress, as well as maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and development.
Requirements- Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and strong classroom management skills
The estimated salary for this role is £34,500 per annum based on a 9-month contract. As a member of Prospero Teaching, you will have access to in-house training and development opportunities, including safeguarding and behaviour management.
