Job Title: Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Support Professional. This is an excellent opportunity to work with children aged 5-18 who require specialist support and make a positive impact on their lives.

About the Role:
This SEND school provides specialist support for primary and secondary aged children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and non-verbal needs. As a Teaching Support Professional, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Your role will involve supporting pupils with SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and ASC needs on a one-to-one or small group basis, and assisting with the planning and delivery of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and ASC needs on a one-to-one or small group basis. Assist with the planning and delivery of educational programs, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs of each pupil. Create a safe and inclusive environment for all students, promoting social interaction and participation. Provide feedback to teachers and other support staff on pupil progress and development. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans. Ensure accurate records are kept of pupil progress and development.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with SEND children. You must have a caring and positive nature, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and young people. You will also need to understand safeguarding policies and procedures, and be willing to undergo a DBS check and register with the Update Service.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive daily rate of £86-£133 per hour, dependent on experience. Estimated Salary: £83,360 - £129,940 per annum.
