Strategic Talent Development Manager

As a key member of the Faraday Partners team, you will have the opportunity to work with a pioneering talent advisory business model. This is an exciting chance to partner with and advise early-stage Founders, helping them scale their ideas into category leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Faraday Partners' proposition, consistently attracts top-tier talent, and enables global business growth.
- IDentify, track, engage, and close promising talent at Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst levels globally, focusing on key talent verticals – recruiting, organisational design, and coaching.
- Create and scale a training programme and ongoing learning and development initiative for talent, fostering a methodology that encourages progression, professional growth, and engagement.
- Define and own the organisational capacity growth plan to ensure a resilient and high-quality talent pipeline supports business growth, backed by a world-class candidate experience.
- Onboard, train, assess, and mentor new hires, ensuring performance, growth, and feedback flow into the core business growth plan.
- Craft, refine, and evolve Faraday Partners' employment brand globally, collaborating with the leadership team, marketing, and external partners to position the firm clearly in global markets.
- Contribute to designing and developing key business processes and evolving these methods as Faraday scales, focusing on consistency of global experience, research, and data.
- Represent Faraday Partners within the talent industry, including external PR, thought leadership, and industry events.
- Gain direct exposure to the executive talent market and venture capital or private equity ecosystem.
- Foster a systematic approach, committed to process, analysis, and data, blended with a fair, rational, and realistic mindset.
- Promote solution orientation, removing obstacles, building capabilities, and foundations through activity and decisive action to achieve outcomes with teams and individuals.
- Maintain balance, committed to work-life balance, engaged in personal interests, and adding value as a human being to Faraday's culture and organisational identity.
- Be prepared for flexible global travel and independent work requirements.
Expected salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
