Customer Support Representative

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at OpenTable. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers worldwide.

About the Role:
  • Answer complex questions on product functions and usage, ensuring customers have a seamless experience with our platform.
  • Provide outstanding service, adapting to diverse customer styles and preferences.
  • Own problem resolution, taking initiative to deliver results that exceed customer expectations.
  • Accurately log all contacts in our CRM, Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a software environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening and writing/typing.
  • A background or interest in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with current Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as iOS and Apple Hardware.
