We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Post Delivery Officer. This exciting opportunity will enable you to make a positive impact on people's lives by delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  • As a Post Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers in your designated area.
  • You will work independently, managing your daily workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking and tracing packages.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • A competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly.
  • Overtime is paid at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate.
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata).
