The successful candidate will have a full UK manual driving licence with less than 6 penalty points and hold a valid Periodic Driver Certificate of Professional Competence qualification (CPC) and a Drivers Qualification Card (DQC) with 35 hours training. Experience in handling mail and packages, as well as working independently and as part of a team, would be beneficial.

  • Loading and unloading mail from major customers, Post Offices, and transporting mail between Mail Centres and Delivery offices at prearranged times.">
  • Collecting mail from customers and sorting it into correct onward distribution.">
  • Maintaining accurate records of mail collected and delivered.">

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a contributory pension scheme, holiday entitlement starting at 22.5 days on entry, rising with length of service, and flexible working available where operational commitment allows.
