Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our Belfast Head Office Team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Payroll team, handling reception duties, and performing various tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Payroll team
- Handling reception duties, including distributing calls, monitoring emails, and welcoming visitors
- Assisting with preparing payroll information and copying/posting invoices
- Providing general office support and maintenance
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
- 8:45am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- 30 days' annual leave
Salary: £25,000 per annum
