Key Retail Manager for Skincare Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Retail Manager to join our Dermalogica Group. Based on the shop floor with your team, you will be responsible for empowering and educating customers to achieve their best skin possible.
About the RoleAs a Key Retail Manager, you will be guiding customers through a personalized experience, performing treatments, and driving retail growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Guiding customers through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them to provide a personalized experience.
- Performing treatments and setting up a skincare programme to achieve goals, sharing treatment plans with customers.
- Driving retail growth by motivating and supporting the team, exceeding location targets & KPIs.
- Organizing in-store events, ensuring all events are fully booked.
- Being a role model and performing all services to the highest standard, assisting with training.
- Comfortable working independently as this is a one-person counter.
- Following grooming standards to embody Dermalogica values daily.
Requirements:
- Education equivalent to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals (essential).
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels (Dermalogica will fund this training if not held).
- At least 2 years of management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
- Outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire customers.
- Passion for skin health to inspire others.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus:
