Senior Skincare Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced National Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at Skin & Me. Based in the UK, this is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) and two days remote.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleIn this role, you will lead the commercial sales growth within our trading retail accounts. You will report directly into the Commercial Retail Director and be responsible for:
- Ownership of day-to-day retailer relationships to ensure Skin & Me is perfectly positioned to deliver high levels of commercial success, brand visibility, and product exposure
- Commercial negotiations on space and location, in-store visibility, and digital support with retailer Buying and Merchandising teams
You will also deliver our strategic planning and forecasting by building net sales forecasts, ensuring accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and managing inventory and assortment in close collaboration with trade marketing, demand planning, and supply chain.
Your responsibilities will include management of the retail P&L, internal reporting, and cross-functional delivery. You will work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and other teams to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store/retailer animation, customer acquisition, and retention.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role with strong experience working with major UK beauty and skincare retailers
- A passion for skincare and beauty with a deep understanding of the UK skincare market and trade marketing tactics
- Commercially-minded and driven by hitting targets
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
