The successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing Director to develop and execute an end-to-end brand strategy for Medik8, a renowned British dermatological skincare brand. This includes creating omnichannel campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and sales. You will be responsible for building business cases, securing budget, and managing stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of plans.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong project management skills and a passion for skincare. They should have experience executing brand strategies and a proven track record of driving measurable results. A creative self-starter who can meet deadlines and prioritize tasks while maintaining high integrity and commercial awareness.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to create and support omnichannel brand strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage relationships with internal Sales, Education, and Commercial teams to ensure a rounded plan.
  • Prepare detailed briefs and oversee process through to completion, ensuring timely delivery by overseeing timeline, key deliverables, and seamless coordination.
  • Measure success of activations and feedback into plans.
  • Build business cases where necessary for securing right budget and prioritizing key initiatives based on strategic importance.

**Requirements:**

Essential:

  • Minimum 4 years marketing experience.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Passionate about aesthetics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Creative self-starter.
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize.

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
