About the Job

We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in London, working primarily in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and driving brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and sell Dr Sam's products to customers, achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team sales objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and store teams to drive repeat business and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on product/brand education to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Provide ongoing in-store training for our key retailers.
  • Participate in and help organise store events to promote brand image, awareness, and maximise sales.
  • Engage with customers through in-store activities.
  • Report to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the Retail and Education Manager to develop and implement strategies for store performance, event planning, staff training, and sales growth.
