About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled **Beauty Skincare Account Manager** to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for leading the commercial sales growth within our trading retail accounts.

You'll report directly into the Commercial Retail Director and will be responsible for managing day-to-day retailer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and delivering our strategic planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within the Retailer + Department Store teams, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that Skin + Me is perfectly positioned to deliver high levels of commercial success, brand visibility, and product exposure.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Manage commercial negotiations on space and location, in-store visibility, and digital support with retailer Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Build all net sales forecasts, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner to the Commercial Retail Director.
  • P&L Management: Manage each account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity. Monitor retailer profit contribution to achieve agreed profit margins.

Requirements

  • Experience: You'll need experience working in a similar role, preferably with major UK beauty and skincare retailers.
  • Skills: A passion for skincare and beauty with a deep understanding of the UK skincare market and trade marketing tactics. Commercially-minded and driven by hitting targets.
  • Culture Fit: Highly organised, confident communicator, strong negotiation and relationship management skills, and analytical understanding of how to interpret data to measure success.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Holiday Allowance: 25 days holiday (plus all usual Bank Holidays).
