Skincare Department Head

Artisan People Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Skincare Department Head to join our team in London.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. This involves overseeing the smooth operation of the stores, guaranteeing that every team member is aware of and understands sales, service, and KPI expectations & goals.
With over 3 years of experience in management within the retail industry, you will demonstrate a proven ability to mentor and guide a team towards achieving sales targets. You will also possess exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a genuine passion for skincare and a deep understanding of industry trends and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and meet/exceed KPI targets
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Oversight of store operations and team member performance
- Effective coaching and mentoring to ensure team success
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team towards sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Genuine passion for skincare and industry knowledge
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
