A highly regarded primary school in London is seeking an experienced SENDCo to lead their SEN department.

**Job Summary:**

  • This role is ideal for a qualified SENDCo with a passion for inclusive education and the skills to manage a team and oversee SEN provision across the school.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the schools SEN provision working with staff to deliver high-quality support.
  • Oversee the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students with SEN.
  • Stay up to date with SEN policies and legislation.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified SENDCo with experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A clear DBS check.
  • Right to work in the UK.

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
