A respected primary school in London is seeking a highly skilled SENDCo to lead their SEN department.

**Job Description:**

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified SENDCo with a passion for inclusive education to join our team.

**Key Areas of Responsibility:**

  • Leading and managing the school's SEN provision.
  • Developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Monitoring and assessing the progress of students with SEN.
  • Staying up to date with SEN policies and legislation.

**What We Are Looking For:**

  • Qualified SENDCo with experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A clear DBS check.
  • Right to work in the UK.

**Estimated Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
