Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SENDCo to lead the SEN provision in an OUTSTANDING primary school in Islington. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with diverse special educational needs and excellent leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the SEN team, developing effective strategies and support plans, and monitoring the progress of students with special educational needs. They will also be expected to collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
