SENDCo Opportunity - Harrow-Based School - Transformative Impact
We are seeking an exceptional SENDCo to lead our SEN department, making a lasting impact on the lives of students and families in Harrow. The right candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for inclusive education and a proven track record of delivering exceptional SEND support.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a learning environment that fosters inclusivity, respect, and empathy.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a National Award for SEND Coordination or willingness to work towards it.
- Proven experience in a leadership role focusing on SEND within a school setting.
Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
