**Job Title:** Service Administrator

**Location:** Remote (covering England, Scotland, and Wales)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service requests, including troubleshooting, training, and updating of the Service/Service-Tracker system.
  • Report any service issues to the relevant Service Manager and assist in resolving problems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist Service Managers with administrative tasks, including proofreading emails and reports.
  • Support technicians with queries, access requests, and problems, serving as an intermediary between management and technicians.
  • Manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and schedule routine dates as required.
  • Verify completion of call-outs and log job-work orders onto the system.
  • Proofread reports and documents as needed.
  • Set up, cancel, or amend contracts with management permission.
  • Assist with setting up and troubleshooting technicians' mobile phones.
  • Explain contract details to technicians and arrange parking for them.
  • Monitor job completion and chase technicians to complete or follow up on scheduled dates.
  • Check and report on technicians' service status.
  • Send regular reports to certain clients and manage block treatment administration.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot client portals, ensuring access permits are up to date.
  • Assist in organizing holiday cover for technicians.
